CASE STUDY 1:
Gun Smuggling

Involving an international gun smuggling syndicate that crossed the borders of Germany, Switzerland, the USA and Australia, our client was charged with numerous firearms and gun charges.

Despite the magnitude and severity of the charges we were able to successfully argue for a reduction in sentencing that saw our client serve a minimum time in custody.

CASE STUDY 2:
Drive by shootings

KK Lawyers successfully represented a number of clients charged with a string of drive by-shootings and fire-bombing offences. While the charges were at the high end of seriousness, his advocacy resulted in several of the charges being dropped or amended.

When the case ultimately went to trial both clients were acquitted and found not guilty by a jury following a spirited and detailed defence by Kiki and his legal team that completely discredited the Crown’s witnesses.
