CASE STUDY

Charged with murder, our client faced a lengthy prison term. He was accused of borrowing a friend’s car to travel to the home of a man he was alleged to have shot and killed.

During a two-week trial in the NSW Supreme Court we were able to successfully convince the jury that the person who committed the murder was not our client and he was found not guilty.
